    MUSCAT, Oman, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Al Mouj Muscat is entering the next phase of its evolution as a business destination, with four of eight buildings now handed over at Al Mouj Business Park, a fully sold commercial development comprising 39,000 sqm of Grade A office space.

    The development introduces a significant new commercial component to one of Oman’s leading oceanfront lifestyle and leisure destination, placing Grade A offices within an established environment of hospitality, residential communities, golf, dining, retail and leisure. It extends a destination model built over more than two decades into the workplace, bringing business into the wider experience of Al Mouj Muscat.

    Designed around the working day, the Business Park comprises eight mid-rise buildings with flexible floorplates. Natural light, views across the golf course and sea, landscaped gardens and rooftop spaces are integrated throughout, with pedestrian-friendly connections allowing people to move between buildings through landscaped spaces rather than car parks.

    The setting allows the working day to extend beyond the office. Meetings can move into landscaped outdoor spaces, clients can be hosted within the destination, and hospitality, dining, golf and leisure are close to the workplace. St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort and Al Mouj Golf clubhouse are within walking distance, while The Okura Resort Muscat is under development nearby.

    Connectivity strengthens the proposition for companies with regional operations. Muscat International Airport and Muscat City Centre are approximately ten minutes away, while Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre is around 15 minutes away.

    The addition of Al Mouj Business Park marks the latest chapter in Al Mouj Muscat’s growth. Over the past two decades, the destination has expanded to include residential communities, marina, golf, hospitality, dining, retail and leisure. Today, it is home to more than 8,000 residents from over 90 nationalities and welcomes approximately four million visitors annually.

    With four buildings handed over and owners progressing their spaces towards occupation, the focus now shifts to the companies and people that will form the district’s business community.
