    Egypt Sees Remittance Inflows Climb to $29.7 Billion by July 2026

    Remittances from Egyptians working abroad totaled approximately $29.7 billion in the first seven months of 2026. The Central Bank of Egypt reported that inflows increased by 28.1% compared to about $23.2 billion during January through July 2025.
