    UAE President meets El-Sisi for talks in El Alamein

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received him at El Alamein International Airport. The leaders then held talks on bilateral relations, regional developments, and international issues of mutual concern. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan also joined the visit. He serves as deputy chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs. Presidential adviser Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan attended with several ministers and officials. The delegation reflected the senior level of the official engagement.

    The El Alamein meeting added to a series of direct consultations between the UAE and Egyptian presidents. Both governments described the visit as fraternal and placed bilateral cooperation at its center. The discussions produced no publicly announced agreements, formal communiques, or economic packages. The confirmed outcome was a renewed commitment to deepen ties and maintain coordination on shared concerns. The visit also reinforced the regular high-level contact between Abu Dhabi and Cairo.
